We all make mistakes. All of us. You and I and everyone else. We are not perfect. There are ways we can try to do better -- by being kind to someone or by thinking twice before we open our mouths to speak. But we are not going to get it right every time.

We don't always do the right thing. We say something wrong or forget a friend's birthday or buy a sweater that looked much better in the store than in our mirror at home. Mistakes are inevitable. We can't control everything. But we can control how we react.

If we learn from our errors, then our mistakes are actually something good! So smile, forgive yourself, apologize, trust yourself, accept yourself. Speak English, not with the confidence that you're going to say everything perfectly, but confident that everybody makes mistakes and that mistakes are OK!!

First things first:

Helping a client build self-confidence is the most important thing I can do for them.

Self-confidence is believing in our abilities and judgment.

Confidence helps us feel ready to conquer the world.

When we are self-confident, we see challenges as opportunities to look forward to.

We see the future with hope and enthusiasm.

We forgive ourselves for the mistakes we make and don't let other people's opinions become our reality.

Confidence is a belief. If you believe you can, then you can do or learn to do anything you need to do!!

Make confidence a habit. You can do it. In fact, you already feel confident about many things. Now let's boost your confidence in English!

Accept Yourself!

Because one believes in oneself, one doesn’t try to convince. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn’t need others’ approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her.” That's right, accept yourself and the whole world will accept you!
